5. N-tiered client/server development
6. Web services
7. JAVA based tools such as:

9. Enterprise Java Beans
10. IBM HTTP Server
11. Ant-Java build tool
12. Must have a minimum of two years experience performing development work in one or moreof the following specialty areas:
13. Client COBOL                    
14. Micro Focus COBOL
15. MAPPER                             
16. RDMS
17. C++                                      
18. Visual Basic 6.0
19. Visual Studio .Net     (or latest version)
20. IIS
21. COM+
22. Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g, or higher       
23. Windows NT/2000/XP (or latest version of Microsoft Operating System)
