Job Title	:	Pro*C developer
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	7+ years experience developing commercial applications with at least 4 years using Oracle, PL/SQL, PRO*C and UNIX.
Technical/Functional Skills	:	-          Strong Pro*c  skills with experience in socket programming and XIPC. -          Highly experienced in writing complex SQL and PL/SQL is a must. -          Strong Data warehouse background. -          Retail Systems/Domain Experience would be plus -          Good knowledge of Unix shell scripting.
Experience Required	:	At least 7 years experience.
Roles & Responsibilities	:	1.       Design, develop, implement and support various data applications need to work closely with the business and the technical teams to validate the feasibility of implementation for requirements. 2.       Design application frameworks and highly re-usable components within the constraints of the infrastructure architecture 3.       Understanding of design considerations for high volume transaction systems. 4.       Understanding of design considerations for large database implementations 5.    Develop and maintain application architecture models and define transition steps from the current to the future application architecture, including compatibility with existing application migration strategies
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
