Title: SAP PP/PM Location: North Los Angeles, CA, United States Duration: Long Term POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a junior level talented and highly motivated individual to be part of our growing SAP group, to work as Business Analyst in the SAP PP and PMmodules. He/she will be the key contact with the user community in our plant located in Los Angeles, and responsible for providing daily support and implementing improvements, as well as participating in larger scale projects as a team member. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and have a career with Grifols. And looking for a challenging position that would have exposure to multiple SAP modules. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Problem definitions, analyzing and providing solutions to incidents reported by users. Accurately documenting incident analysis, business requirements and solution in the tracking system. Managing all the stakeholders from Business and IT associated with the incident. 2. Communicating to the user groups, within the specified service level timeframe, the status of the incident and the actions being taken. 3. Presenting alternative solutions, finalizing and validating the design with all the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the user requirements. 4. Participating in transitioning the local designs to the programmers in Spain, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the designs. Writing any configuration document or algorithm for customization programs. 5. Unit, integration and regression testing for the changes received from Spain, coordinating UAT with the US users, reporting bugs or deviations back to Spain. Validation of changes with validation team for required GMP processes. 6. Coordinating implementation with US users and Spain for any cutover activities. Also, coordinating for regression tests for any changes for non US companies. 7. Gathering, prioritizing, and planning improvements based on user requests, taking into account overall IT project plan and budget. PP will be a primary responsibility while PM will be secondary. Follow IT procedures and methodology for the change and project management. 8. Coordinating with other SAP analysts and SAP managers for integrations with PP and PM areas. REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1. Requires bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Engineering or related field). 2. Training on validation of computer systems and/or GMP environments is preferred. 3. Knowledge of the Spanish language will also be considered. 4. SAP specific training or/and certification is preferred. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS 1. 3-5 years hands-on, direct experience in SAP implementations in a manufacturing and/or manufacturing support environment within SAP PP along with integration with SAP MM, WM and COPC modules. ƒnExposure to at least one complete life-cycle implementation. 2. Deep Knowledge of the SAP PP module in SAP ECC 6: mainly discrete manufacturing, shop floor control, master data, batch management, material/batch classification, SOP, production planning, demand management, capacity planning and MRP with related system configuration knowledge. Adding of COPC processes, product cost planning, cost object controlling, month-end closing and integration with FI (No programming skills are required, although it is a plus). 3. Knowledge of PM module: Knowledge or understanding of PM master data, processes and related configuration along with integration knowledge is a plus. 4. Integration skills between PP and MM/WM/QM will be highly considered, and between SAP and non-SAP applications. 5. Strong analytical skills with ability to transform customer requirements into a workable design at the functional level. 6. Facilitation experience for conducting user design and review sessions and running stakeholder agreement meetings. 7. Experience in business process design concepts and principles. Ability to produce clearly written, well-organized documentation. 8. Independent, detail oriented, but also a strong team player. Proven individual contributor and collaborator. 9. Strong written and communication skills. Ability to present design proposals, execute training sessions and conduct meetings. 10. Willingness to learn, progress and grow within the company. 11. Feel comfortable with being part of a global organization, assuming the local needs/requirements need to be aligned with the global IT strategy. 12. Knowledge of standard implementation methodology for production support, change management and projects.
