Location : Chevy Chase, MD

Job Description :

 

This position will provide support to the MOI application deployment and release processes, and provide first-line, incident response coverage and triage of services, systems and applications.  These positions will also play a key role in account administration, release management, and response to and resolution of operational

incidents.

• Proven ability to learn and understand new business systems and detailed business processes.

• Candidate must be self-motivated, work independently, and yet function as an integral part of a team.

 

Desired Qualifications :

• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V

• Experience with IIS 6.5 and 7.0

• Experience with SQL Server 2005/8

• Experience working with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server Administration

• Experience with MS Build and Team Foundation Build

• Experience with .NET programming (C# 4.0, WCF preferred)

• Experience working with Windows Workflows and SharePoint Workflows

• ITSM expertise (ITIL v3 Certified or MOF 4.0 Certified)

• MCSE Certification a plus
